Our XPAPs don't measure O2 directly but they do tell us the time we spend nightly in Apnea and the AVG length of the apnea. Basically, it's also a "Poor Man's" O2 guage. The system will tell you that you were outbid and will show you an amount just $.5 more than your last bid (if there is max set by the other bidder that is higher than your bid). I have seen this myself several times in cpapauction. I am not sure why you have seen it differently.

Several things could be the reason, but start checking leak data at the time of the event.
