I've just used the Swift LT for my second night. I'm using the medium pillow. The large was too big. I may try the small tonight, but I think the medium is the best fit for my air flow. I'm satisfied with the system thus far.

I use the Swift LT nasal pillow system with my moustache. I did shave the stache some just under the nose for more comfort and it works fine.
