Thanks for the encouragement, ric. You may very well be on to something. The machine is set at 4 - 20, so I probably should back off a little on the top to perhaps 16 and see what happens. The unit is set to APAP with C-Flex.

Thanks for the reply. It certainly could be more complicated than OSA but it is at least mixed because I have adequate evidence to confirm the obstructive component.
