I turned the "sleep quality" function on. After two nights, AHI reads --. What am I doing wrong? The positive is that I've really gotten a good nights sleep after adjust pressure from 14 to 12, but I really want to follow AHI to narrow it down.

It's the "elite", no mention of autoset. I'll take a look at the link and hopefully soon I'll be back to a good nights sleep. Thanks!

I've been using a Remstar Pro M Series for 3 years with almost no issues other than initially getting use to CPAP therapy, but even that wasn't a big deal. RemStar M Series in Germany
I've been trying to find information on transformers/converters for use in Germany. I have to go on a two week business trip and don't want to burn up my machine. Has anyone from the US been there and used your CPAP? Any help is greatly appreciated.

How likley would it be for my machine to decrease pressure on it's own? I have a Remstar M series, been using it for a little over six months. I've noticed that is doesn't seem to be blowing as hard when I wake up. Am I just getting use to it? I seem to be sleeping OK, but maybe I need to invest in ...

I get them too, but I wish it was every night! Amazing what the brain can do with a good supply of oxygen. I also feel sluggish if I don't get at least 7 good hours, but even then I feel a lot better than before.
