I turned the "sleep quality" function on. After two nights, AHI reads --. What am I doing wrong? The positive is that I've really gotten a good nights sleep after adjust pressure from 14 to 12, but I really want to follow AHI to narrow it down.

I've been trying to find information on transformers/converters for use in Germany. I have to go on a two week business trip and don't want to burn up my machine. Has anyone from the US been there and used your CPAP? Any help is greatly appreciated.

How likley would it be for my machine to decrease pressure on it's own? I have a Remstar M series, been using it for a little over six months. I get them too, but I wish it was every night! Amazing what the brain can do with a good supply of oxygen. I also feel sluggish if I don't get at least 7 good hours, but even then I feel a lot better than before.
