What you're battling with is the program that makes the graphs being called a control, and that it doesn't like something in its environment. Could be that the main graph control (program) didn't install correctly, or has a dependency on another control (program) that did not install correctly, and ...

E1399
You could try code E1399 (miscellaneous supplies), and then write a two-page narrative documenting what it is, what it's for, who it's made by, the manufacturer's phone number and part numbers. I got Aetna to pay for the 12v adaptor using that code. Had it on an invoice with some mask supplies. The ...

Freeze it out
For me, what works to clear congestion is to freeze it out. If I'm congested due to sinus irritation, then a very cold food pressed to the roof of my mouth over a period of fifteen minutes or so gives some relief. Ice cream, for one, work fine, although just pure ice can get most of the same effect ...

Don't sweat it
My boot drive is C:, the program drive for Encore Pro is S:, the installation program silently placed the db on C:, everything is working fine. I even changed the target directory structure for Encore Pro to take out the spaces from the directory names (old unix programmer quirk). No troubles at all...

... Most of the dme companies of the world do add a tremendous amount of value to patients. ... They have passed constant inspections from regulatory agencies, insurance companies and patient surveys. Again, yes, it is a fact that the majority of the people here have not seen that. It does not chan...

While not exactly matching your question, we do use MSDE at work, and have installed SQL Server 2000 both before and after an MSDE installation with no ill effects. I believe one person has installed 2005 without any trashing of the MSDE setup. This might be relevant because MSDE is the DB used by E...

Re: netstat
I ran the netstat -an and it flashed on my screen and scrolled very quickly and then exited. Any way to take a look at it- that is to stop the fast scroll? Wulfman's suggestion to change the command prompt layout is good, I have my default command prompt setup to have 9999 lines in it, so I can scr...

Jay, I think a good line of attack might be the contracts that the insurance company has with the doctor and the DME. If they're in-network, as it sounds from reading this thread, then they are both under contract to provide services and equipment according to the terms and conditions they agreed to...

I tried running my BiPAP Auto from just the Xantrex 400 last night, without any charger feeding the Xantrex. Drained it flat at just under seven hours. Wasn't even feeding the humidifier from the battery, left that in the wall. Pressure curve was fairly normal for me, 90% IPAP was 12, EPAP was 8. Re...

BiPAP Auto with Xantrex 400
I've used my BiPAP Auto with a Xantrex 400 successfully. Had read some cautions about that, that perhaps the BiPAP was more sensitive to pure electricity than other machines, so I contacted Respironics. They said it would be fine. Life's been hectic, but last night I remembered to switch over the po...

Go BiPAP today
Ditto to what NightHawkeye said, your pressure of 11 is not too low for bi-level. Mine was 10 for straight CPAP, complained of aerophagia to the doc, he wrote a scrip for BiPAP 12/8, and the problem went away. Used to be that on CPAP there were days I could barely concentrate for the bloating, now i...

Not a sound of a click
BP,
Just checked it, not a sound at all. Any chance it's coming from your xPAP instead? Alternatively, can you hook up a multimeter on the DC side and watch for a fluctuation at the click?
