I didn't listen to all the drivel, just from the 52nd minute up to the 60th. It really comes across as the tail wagging the dog or in xPAP terms, Apria commanding Resmed to get in line.

What does it take to open a DME business? Money, a good business ethic, city required business license, signed agreement with manufacturers of the product. If special certification, extra training, medical director and an RT are needed you sure could fool me because I have never seen this at the DM...
