This is a good post......I hope to form a good 'relationship' with the mask as mentioned on here a lot, but so far, I don't think I have. I keep shutting off the machine and taking the mask off after just 4 hours of therapy.

Apparently, I haven't found the zen of the mask, but I hope to.
