I'm typically a mouth breather too. I actually use a chin strap (CPAP.com Deluxe Chinstrap) to keep my mouth closed while using my Resmed Mirage Swift™ II Nasal Pillow Mask. Maybe trying a combo like that would help.

Looking forward to the challenge. I've used the ComfortGel for awhile, it's a pretty good mask but there's always room for improvement.
