Maybe you should take it as it is given, as a joke! He makes fun of all sorts of things and people for a laugh. It is his job and I don't think it is intended to insult anyone. Apparently there is a difference with using the straight machine and having the HH hooked up with water in it and the heat turned off.

I don't feel awful, but It was uncomfortable for 2 nights.
