CPAP machine and mask are going back today. Absolutely zero sleep last night. I can't figure out why I can't sleep! I thought this treatment was going to be my life saver.....but it's killing me......LOL Hoping to get a different mask to try. Don't know if my humidifier is working or not. Air feels ...

Took me six weeks, 8 masks, a scrip for Provigil, and the love and patience of this forum to get to 100% nightly compliance. Keep at it. Could be the mask isn't the one for you. See if you can try another mask. Good luck! Babette 6 Weeks? I may go insane before that. What makes me take it off.........
