Taping hasn't helped me unfortunately.

I saw my doctor today and mentioned to him the possibility of getting an APAP and if he thought another study would be a good idea. He's going to set me up with the sleep center again. He said they can also decide if the APAP is right for me.

Well I seem to be sleeping through the night better.. I only notice myself wake up within the last hour of sleep. And I usually struggle with my mask at that point and either fall back asleep or take it off. I'm sleeping about the same amount as I was before the mask.. 7-8 hours.

yeah I can't deal with it clipped to the mask either.. I have it draping off the side of the bed.. with the hose clipped to the side of the bed so that it doesn't tug on the mask.
