Thank you! I think I have a short tube from a previous mask. So I'll be all set. Your information has been very helpful.

Re: Hybernite vs SZ4 Heated Tube
This is the heated tube that I currently have: http://www.sleepzone.com.au/8997/SleepZone_Heated_CPAP_Tube/United_States/16378/product/ It used to be the SZ4, now it's the SZ1. Mine has lasted me 5 years, but now sometimes the heat is super hot, and sometimes it's barely there, and there appears to ...

Hybernite vs SZ4 Heated Tube
Hi all! I need some help with my heated tube. I have a ResMed AutoSet II (purchased in 2008) and can't afford to get a new AutoPap machine right now (otherwise I'd get an S9 series that has its own heated tube) so I'm looking into options for replacing the SZ4 Heated Tube that I got from cpapusa 5 y...

Re: resmed mirage fx
Hello, I'm so glad I found this forum... now I know it's not just me. I've been using the Respironics EasyLife mask for about a year - my only complaint is sometimes I get "dents" in my face. Otherwise my AHI numbers are excellent and I'm sleeping pretty darn good (for me.) Thought I'd try the Mirag...

You said you were going to have your doctor fax in the Rx. Be sure you get a physical copy of it also. I think most online stores consider an Rx good forever. You can use it in the future if you need to. Or, you may need it handy down the road if you need a replacement for a broken machine or mask ...

Just as an FYI, I did call cpap.com, and they don't yet carry the ResMed AutoSet II. They also don't know when they'll be getting it in. So I ended up buying from sleeprestfully.com (Positive Air, Inc.). Their introductory price on this unit is excellent. Thank you for telling me about cpap.com - I'...

Best online stores?
Hi all, I'm pretty new to xPAP (3 months) and need to buy my machine out of pocket (will submit the bill to insurance and pray!) I was wondering if anyone could recommend a few good online stores so I can shop for the best price and then have my doctor fax in the Rx. I want to get the ResMed AutoSet...
