because i have CHF i have no choice but to use oxygen with my CPAP it doesnt bother me i cant tell the difference

i was told by my oxygen company to use white vinager and i use dishwashing liquid grapefruit scented but just plain old dishwashing liquid and letting the parts to the mask(after i disconnect them)and the humidifier

i found that not cleaning my cpap like i was supposed to i would get congested and wake up nauseated(sp) i called my oxygen company and they asked how often did i clean it and when i told them they said clean it more often and i did and the results were very good the problem is not completely solved...
