I do have a humitifier, no headaches, cant tell if the air too cold or hot- not sure. The mask does not hurt. I start off sleeping on my back and then my side. The hose is hanging from above. Cont.-Question on S6 & Ultra Mask
Sorry it took awhile to find my paper work. My S6 is set at 5 cm it was at 8 cm but at my second sleep test the doctor change it to 5.
