I only have 110 hours, less than a month in cpap, took off my mask one night for one hour and I started to think in the 7feet under dirt so I put it back on.

I have been diagnostic with sleep apnea. My question is "is this is for the rest of my live or this can be cure ". My cpap is set to 8 and I have a mirage activa nasal mask and it start to bother me in top of my nose I have a red mark already. Last night I had to take off and sleep with out the cpap...

If I turn the humidifier OFF, my nose and mouth get dry. Last nigth I use #1 settting and I wake up with my mouth dry.Tonigth I will use #2 to see what happen
