I've never seen anything smaller and lighter than the M series. If a palm-size machine is too big, are you sure you actually have an M Series? As far as I know, they are smaller than the Goodknight suggested above.

Thanks Jim! My understanding of inverters was that they tend to be quite inefficient resource hogs. It seems odd to me (not an electrician by any means) that you'd have to upscale to 240 from a 12V battery only to plug in the standard battery charger which downscales from 240 back to 12. If that's t...

How to Charge the Resp. Universal Battery from another 12v..

Hi, I have the Respironics Universal Battery Pack (1028869) which powers my M Series Auto CPAP nicely via the Shielded DC Cord (1001956). I re-charge my battery with the supplied mains charger adapter. But on the next trip I won't have mains power available to me so I would like to re-charge the bat...

The advantage of the Hydro Pulse over the WaterPiks is the pulsating nature of its water flow. This stimulates the nasal cilia which move along the mucuous material. To say "people will by anything" really doesn't do this machine nay fair justice. It truly is remarkable and you will only know it whe...

Ah right, didn't realize you had one already. Glad to here that seems to be doing its job. But then again, it only treats the result, not the cause. Something seems to be upsetting your system to create the goo in the first place. Giving dairy a miss for a fortnight would be a fairly straight forwar...

To get more insight into the cause, try putting on just the mask - not hooked up to the machine - for a while and see if it happens then. That quick test would establish whether it's the mask itself, or the air that irritates.

Try cutting out dairy from your diet entirely. I've seen people clogged up go mucous free in 2 weeks. If you insist on milk, swap the cow for a goat. Much easier on the system. Milk has the same components in it that glue has. It literally glues your sinusses shut. Next idea is to step up from a nas...

Can you confirm by means of a machine read-out (on the LCD) that it didn't leak and what pressure it was using?

If there's no leaking you shouldn't need a bigger one.

One more thing, Title Casing Sleep Apnea isn't consistent. I'm guilty of that myself on my blog too and can;t decide (don't know officially) whether it should be title cased in the firts place but either stick with it through out, or don't at all. Whilst we're getting anal/nitpicky... "Sleep Apnea i...

In case of logging in issues, make sure you always stick with the same URL. That is, with or without the www as this affects the cookies the browser loads.

Additionally, wipe the temporary internet files and cookies and so on.

Spelling mistake towards the end "xPAP machines help apnea suffers" You probably mean "sufferers". I'd also hyperlink the long URL you mention half-way, it's pretty un-usable and ugly like that. The article reads well. The info is good. If you really want to make it professional, I'd stop using "I" ...

I use that mask (and love it) too. Never had issues wit the tubing myself. As far as being a 'ripoff' is concerned, I doubt the tubing - even with the extra bit you don't need - costs a lot of money. How much do they charge you? Also, I believe it hasn't bene that long since they first launched it s...

Thanks John, just done that. Added 2 links, a blog and a forum. For some reason it made me enter the CAPTCHA 4 times but I got there in the end.

It seems like a large portion of us also suffer from Type II diabetes. Maybe something to consider adding to your questionnaire? Good suggestion, I'll add it to the list to evaluate. Thanks! It looks pretty good. I took it twice, first time using how I felt pre-CPAP and the secont time, how I feel ...
