Re: Inserting CMS-50 Pulse-Ox Graphs into SleepyHead (rev3-2013)
Wondering why Sleepyhead software doesn't automatically sync the SPO2 date/time; why make the user do this? If the date/start times are beyond a certain threshhold, just report that data can't be linked as is now done now.

Re: What's going on?
Well, looks like I'm back to my restless sleep pattern where I wake up unrefreshed and feel fatigued throughout the day. I do have to say though the numbers appear much better than it was prior to changing my min/max settings to 11/14. So wondering if there's any more advice that can help my unrefre...

Re: What's going on?
Hi Folks, First let me answer your last posts: a)Pugsy - I don't seem to be able to remember what position I wake up in. I do know that after the initial apnea diagnosis in 2008ish, I trained myself to sleep on my side. That's where I usually am most comfortable and most likely spend most of night i...

Re: What's going on?
Morning Pugsy. Here's my info from last night with Ambien. I did have some abdominal pains that were bothering me so sleep was not as pure as other nights on Ambien. I did fall asleep pretty soon after machine on, within 15 minutes I think. Same after bathroom break and later break to deal with abdo...

Re: What's going on?
I'll be happy to do the Ambien tonight so i can get a good night's sleep. Forgot to mention I also take melatonin at night as suggested by my doctor; obviously not working so well. I do not have much pain from the RA so don't think it's impacting my sleep. all the RA meds are mostly to prevent furth...

Re: What's going on?
Light sleeper forever, insomnia chronic, but worse since back on cpap. I have trouble both falling asleep and getting back to sleep when i awaken during the night. I have used various aids for insomnia. Zolpidem 5gm seems to work the best; I do sleep through the night. However, I don't want to get h...

Re: What's going on?
Well, another restless insomniac night. Clear airways are high again. Also see leaks were much higher than normal; probably because of restlessness. Not sure what to make of it. I can't tell if CAs are awake or not; I did try turning machine on/off but don;t see much of that on graph. All I know is ...

Re: What's going on?
Hi all, here's my data from last night with min/max set to 11/13. It was a bad sleep night as I couldn't fall asleep so first part of graph is mostly awake stats. I did go back to bed at about 5:30am. Though i'm still seeing high clear airway apneas looks like there may be some good news with new se...

Re: What's going on?
Insomnia is very frequent, mostly in form of trouble falling asleep and waking up after 2-3 hours of sleep. Had used Ambien ocassionally and slept well; primary care doctor suggested I try melatonin instead. Have been doing that for a couple of months; seemed to work for awhile but not so much anymo...
