I find that a little bit of lanoline on my nostrils helps with the seal. Also, it does take some adjusting to get it to fit "just right." making it too tight lessens the seal, too. Sometimes i can move the pillows slightly when they are in my nose and get a better seal. When it's just right, you can...

I agree.Stick with it! After a couple of nights struggling with my new Swift LT mask, I woke up at midnight last night, once again being blasted by one of my nasal pillows that had slipped out of my nostril. I ripped the mask off and swore that I was returning it today, sleep apnea or no sleep apnea...

This is probably addressed elsewhere but I'm too tired to look for it. Sorry. I've been on cpap for 3 months: a week after having gastric plication surgery to stop acid reflux disease (which itself can cause apnea). I use a resmed elite 8, pressure 11, AHI from 3 to 6 average; leakage about .1 to .2...
