Re: C-pap doesn't work for me.....

Thank you all for your advice. Yes I do have the card that is read when I go to the doctor. Said I only stopped breathing 2 times a night instead of 53. So thats why I continue to wear it. Its the dry throat that is stopping me from wearing. I am 9on 7-11 air flow. They tested me a few times on that...

About a year ago I was told I stopped breathing 53 times in an hour, 10 sec. at a time. I got my machine Resperonics and the Gel face mask. I was told it would change my whole life!!!!! I was so excited. I couldn't wait to feel like a human again! They said it would help my heart, BP, insomnia, loo...

Re: Feel Like I'm Suffocating

I had trouble breathing at first. After about 2 months I got use to it and now I KNOW I breath much better with it on as I am a very shallow breather. You GOT to keep it on and you will get use to it. I KNOW how hard it is to feel like you can't breath. The other suggestion I have is to turn off you...

Hello c-pap'ers.....

I have been on cpap for about 6 months and still wake up 3-4 times every night. I am a mouth breather so I tried the full face mask and I HATED it! I couldn't get it to stop leaking, so I went back to my nasal mask and taping my mouth shut. When I told the people at the medical supply place where I ...

I'm trying to take them closer to night time, but some I have to take twice a day. I tried to get my ins. co to let me have the bypass to loose some weight. T...
