The PLUS, you show listed, collects NO useful data, so for it the software and reader are a waste of time and money. If you get a "M"eries Pro or a APAP, then it's time to get the software. Jim

The only thing I did was double my pillow, and slept kinda on the side of it. Worked for me but may not for you. I sleep funny anyway. But here is to hoping. Good luck. Also mine is the older 405 mask.

I sleep on my side, my back, and have slept on my stomach with this mask with no leaks. I like it alot.

Just to let you know I changed to a Flexi Fit Mask and I slept like a dream. Woke up pain free.

The up side to cpap

I guess that there is an up side to the whole sleeping with a mask. I have been a volunteer firefighter for 12 years now. so the whole mask thing is not new. I am use to having something around my mouth, nose and on my forehead. So, maybe it will not take long to get use to the mask during the day ...
