Name is Mark had a sleep study a few weeks ago and failed with flying colors. Diagnosed as severe sleep apnea. Scheduled for titration later in June a bit apprehensive. Any thoughts cant seem to get this off my mind. Cant imagine sleeping with a mask. Yikes
