From a ComfortGel to a Mirage Activa
I just bought a Mirage Activa mask after my Respironics Comfort Gel no longer worked. This is my second mask, I've been using a CPAP for 4 months. Any suggestions or comments on using the Mirage Activa would be appreciated.

grinding teeth after starting CPAP
Has anyone noticed themselves grinding their teeth worse after starting on a CPAP? I have been using one for 6 weeks now. When I wake up, my jaws are very sore. I assume I am grinding my teeth a lot because my mouth is closed more with my CPAP. Any suggestions or comments would be helpful.

sore jaw
I am waking up in the morning with a very sore jaw on one side of my face. I can hardly open my mouth to brush my teeth. The pain goes away during the day. My headgear is not on that tight, at least I don't think so. Has anyone encountered this? I have been using a CPAP for 1 month now.
