New owner of an M series
Hello I just picked up an M series APAP yesterday and am curious as to whether you can download the info straight into my PC or if I need a card reader. I bought the software but I read somewhere in the manual about plugging the machine into a modem. Does anybody know? It would be a great help. Than...

Is Aerophagia(sp?) dangerous?
I have been having waking up with a lot of gas recently, but my best sleeps are on the high pressures that cause it. Can it be dangerous?
And does anybody know of any exercises that get the gas out in the morning?
Thanks

Do you guys recommend tonsillectomy?
I am a 24 year old with a good BMI, yet I have moderate OSA. The ENT told me I have large tonsils for my age. I have had the HARDEST time keeping my mask on all night. (Last night got fed up and wrapped masking tape around my head and I still somehow got it off LOL) Do you guys recommend the surgery...

Man I'm confused and need help....
I've been getting a really parched mouth lately and waking up several times at night. So I started using the humidifier and I bought some good 3m surgical tape to tape my mouth shut. But last night I woke with THE driest mouth I have had in my life. I quickly went to check the tape to see if it was ...

APAP neccessary?
Hello, I am looking into upgrading from my SleepStyle 200 to a machine that records data that can be downloaded. I noticed the majority of people own the M series from respironics. Is this the Cadillac of xPAP's? What would you guys recommend? Now once I figured the brand I have another big question...

Can someone explain this???
I live in London Ontario and I'm looking to replace my CPAP for an APAP with read out. When I talk to my DME or look on Canadian sites the prices listed are at least twice as much as American prices. What is the rationale for this? Can I buy from American sites with a Canadian prescription? All the ...

Thanks for the responses guys! My first study was 2 years ago and the conclusion was mild to moderate OSA. I lost the descriptive results, but I remeber it was "mild to moderate" which I heard was 15-25 or somewhere around there. After the 8 or so months, I went to the place I received the CPAP, and...

I am relatively new to CPAP. I am a 24 year old male and have had OSA for at least 5 years. Before I started treatment I would sleep 12 hours EVERY night, even through my alarm. I am using F&P straight CPAP and the DME set my machine pressure to 7, to which she assured me I should never change. Afte...
