I know you figured your problem out already, but for others that may be having problems. If you're using Vista, don't forget to set the box to "Run this program as an Administrator" in the properties of EncoreProAnalyzer.exe. If you don't, you get the same error that Chris was getting.

If my report is still showing snores during the night, does that probably mean that my pressure is too low? I do not have an auto, just straight cpap. It just seems like if my pressure were high enough, then I would not be having any snores.

Getting leaks under control is definitely needed, but raising your minimum pressure seems to me like the most critical factor at this point. The big advantage to Encore Pro is being able to use Encore Pro Analyzer that was written by someone on this forum. It is much nicer to track your treatment with than the regular charts.

I'm sorry for the misinformation. I actually have version 1.8 not 1.6. I just assumed you meant the latest version. Even with 1.8, I had to work at it to get it going.

I got it to work, but I had to do some digging to get the database set up correctly. I had to go into the setup of the database and make some changes to the settings. Can't remember exactly what I changed, but I can look when I get home.

I can easily go to an online supplier and order Encore Viewer. Is this good enough or do I need to get a little creative, and get my hands on Encore Pro somehow.
