Mine will get stuck about once a week, I will exhale and inhale with some force when the cpap is on and it pops up in place. Make sure the anti-asphyxiation flap is not damaged. Good luck

I would have to agree the universal worked better for me. You can customize it to your needs.

I also use Praxair as my DME and love them! praxair.com shows it is a huge company

My wife loves it because she gets to sleep now and not stay awake all night making sure I breath. So for the price of one CPAP we both feel better.

First make sure you are logged into the computer as administrator. Next do not let the cd auto run.
