Mine will get stuck about once a week, I will exhale and inhale with some force when the cpap is on and it pops up in place. Make sure the anti-asphyxiation flap is not damaged. Good luck

First make sure you are logged into the computer as administrator. Next do not let the cd auto run. Browse to the cd drive and find the .exe file that installs the program(setup.exe, install.exe, ect) single right click and run as administrator.
