I've lost about 10 pounds so I'm at my normal weight. My AUTO CPAP machine is set at 8-11. Although my avg. API is at 2.9 I'm a bit tired. Could it possible that 8 is now to high for the low end? The machine does sit close to 8 for most the night.

My auto settings are at 8.5-11 and my 90% is at 9.1. I seem to be getting tired again in the middle of the day. Would anyone out there know if I should make a pressure agustment?

My AHI's are good a 1.0

How can a low AHI mean nothing with a leak leak rate just 20% above the recommended level ?

Although my software tells me that my AHI's are 1.8 to 3.5, I still question the accuracy of the Encore Viewer software. Does anyone else question it's accuracy?

i find it hard to believe that an (auto) machine set too low (on the low side) has no effect. Too much air at any point can be a hinderance

Thanks..My anxiety is more of the anxious type that a little bit of Xanax seems to curtail. I wonder if it's just coincidental that it started when I started CPAP treatment.
