The small hose (both ends) on my Swift kept popping off when i rolled over at nite.
Solution:
Zip tie both ends with the smallest zip ties you can find.
Works for me.

Having a swift nasal mask for 2 months now-not the best seal, but comfortable. I added a third anchor point- one 12" piece of velcro (the non sticky kind) add it above the swift logo on each side, headed to the rear of the head gear. Double 1 1/4" over around the factory strap and secure with a coup...
