Slinky and BigK,
Sorry to butt in, but I notice you both have ResMed equipment. I just changed to the new ResMed S8 AutoSet II and want to get the correct/latest compatible ResScan software. Can you tell me which version (3.4 or 3.5) is for the S8 AutoSet II and where it is available?
Thanks.

Great review. Thanks for useful insights. I have a Swift II and loved it, but I begin to mouth breathe during the night and had to change. I was particularly interested in your comments about the double-walled pillows because I now am using a Liberty FF. As a Resmed distributor, do you know if they ...

Respironics Encore Pro software
I realize that Encore Pro software is intended for DME/physician use, but does anyone know if it is possible to purchase it somewhere instead of the much lighter patient version, Encore View? Information would be appreciated.

Liberty works well for me.
I don't consider myself an expert, but it sounds like we have had many of the same experiences. I actually started out with the Resmed Swift II and loved it. It is probably the most comfortable mask around. I sometimes sleep on my side and the Swift II didn't seem to pose any problem. I soon discove...

Access to settings menus - Respironics M serie APAP w/A-Flex
I was recently changed from a ResMed Elite CPAP to a Respironics Remstar M series Auto with A-Flex. While I have no interest in changing pressure settings, With the Elite, I used to be able to access my settings to see everything that was selected. Someone posted the keypad combination to access thi...

Software for Mac
I agree with those who have said that software is an important and useful consideration for you and well worth the investment. I am a Mac user myself. I don't know what model Mac you have or what system software version you use, but there is a simple solution if you have an Intel processor Mac and S...

Any way to "condition" myself not to mouth leak or
I do not normally breathe through my mouth, but under pressure, and evidently during sleep, I do. I had started with a Swift II nasal pillow mask and loved it. Very light and comfortable... if I could keep my mouth shut! I have now changed to a Mirage Liberty FF pillow mask. It's okay, but nothing n...
