Re: Sleeping issues & CPAP
Thanks all! Last night, I had the same issues again with my hands. This time, out of reflex, I touch my head and necks to feel position. What I notice is that my head was tilted forward. Yes, I do have an very good Obus form pillow. It appears to be in good condition. This morning, I've explored Int...

Sleeping issues & CPAP
Hello, For the past months, from others, I've had sleep issues: waking up about every 2-3 hours. Often, I'm awaken by these repeated symptoms: swollen and warm hands, with some numbness (night only). I've got no issues falling asleep. Been using CPAP (near 100% time) since July 2004 (light apnea). C...

This topic bring back an issue I had with an air exchanger that was installed in my newly purchase 4 or 5 year old house back in 2004. I could hear a constant whistling sound from the air exchanger that was installed in a closet within my bedroom. When I ask a technician and installer of these air e...

If your nasal passages become too dry, then use the humidifier, get a cover for the hose and place your machine below the level of your head so that rainout will tend to run back into the machine instead of your mask. From others, I want to get a cover for noise reduction. Might have other benefits...

Comfort Lite II mask & mobility?
Hello, My CPAP mask does not have a fluid rotational/swiveling motion, thus making my tubing twist and springy. In my sleep, I do change positions, with roll overs. During the night, I need to adjust the swivel and/or unwind the tubing. Any possible way to add a sealed ball bearings to the above. It...

Humidifier settings?
Hi,
I don't use my CPAP humidifier reason that the number 1 setting, lowest, is too much humidity. I wake up at night with nasal cavity and mask full of water. What do you think?
