Has anyone here had the pillar procedure? If so, did it help with the sleep apnea? I've read a lot about it, but wasn't sure it was worth it or not.

Ok, that helps! I just wasn't sure how safe it was to use the same water for 3 or 4 nights. I'm assuming since it's distilled water, it should be alright.

How often should I change the water in the humidifier? Should it be changed every night before I go to bed or is it safe to use the water until it runs low?
