I'll have to try the nose thing. I have a humidifier which I use, I just called my doctor to see if I can get my presure up. I haven't slept for 2 nights and I am beyond exhausted and cranky!

I have been on my CPAP for a year. I had the nasal mask to begin with, I now have a full face mask. My doctor has put me on Lunesta and I still cannot keep the mask on all night. She seems to think that my nose gets stuffed up over night and I take the mask off cause I cannot breath. I am on allergy...
