Thanks for the information, I feel like a real dummy now. I have not done any of those things in the about the year I have had it. I am cleaning right away. I like my machine and want to make sure that I get the most benefit from it.

Thanks Jim, I'm talking about the Smartcard Reader/Writer Install wizard for Windows OS. I have Vista so it should work. When I attempt to install it the system says Can not find Encore Pro Application This Installation requires Encore 1.3 or greater. The install CD says that this is a version 2.0
