I have First Priority Health which is owned by BCBS and they told me there is no replacement policy. In other words you get one for life the rest you buy. Durable goods they only buy it once. I have to buy everything on my own and if my bipap breaks I have to pay for a new one.

I can sleep anytime anywhere and lights on or off. I have no problems sleeping. When my kids were toddlers they would jump on me without waking me up.

Just count yourself lucky that your wife wants her own bed.

I have been sleeping on the floor the last 2 years, I like the floor and perfer it over a bed. My wife sleeps in the bedroom and I sleep in the living room and I don't miss it one bit, my wife doesn't either. I've been married for 22 years.

I just got a script for Porvigil and haven't filled it yet but the Doc also set me up for another sleep study with the narcolepsy test. After 4 months of Bipap I am just as tired as I was before Bipap.

I spent the better part of 6 months going to doctors to find out why I stopped breathing while awake that I ended up getting a sleep study by chance and it found my OSA.

During my titration study they had me hooked up to a Cpap at first and that induced central apneas. What's to say it doesn't induce centrals to your wife? But if she is just trying it on while awake I see no problem with it.

I use the auto on feature all the time and never had a problem with it. Usually 5 to 10 seconds and it's runing.
