What method did you use to raise the head of the bed 3.5 (or 4) inches?
This is something I have been considering trying, and wonder how best to do it.

The C-Flex is set on 1. Is this the lowest setting? Since I am using C-Flex already, does that mean I would be better off ordering a Remstar APAP with C-Flex, or would ResMed or Puritan Bennett do just as well?
