Not a bad start at all. I tend to agree with Sharon on the ramping issue. My pressures on a bilevel are 20 and 17, at first I tried to ramp and when it came up to pressure it always woke me up, so I just got use to it starting at full pressure. Yea we got an auto bilevel, The doc also told her when she was on her back (which they made her do) her pressures were 22/18, but when on her side they were 16/13, sounds like a perfect fit for an auto to me.....huh

Very rare indeed! My lovely bride just had her study done and the doc said he does't use autos and you must bring your machine in for them to make changes, then he informed us she did need a bipap with pressures of 22/18 and wrote the perscription for either of 2 machines neither of which were bipap...
