Re: How does one erase data on a smartcard?
Hello, Thank you for your responses, but I'm sad to say I'm having frustrating problems with this. I've been trying the mycpap.org files, but they don't work , unzip, or run for me at all. A box says that my Winzip evaluation period has expired. My husband, who is very computer literate, tried to he...

How does one erase data on a smartcard?
Hello All,
Could someone please tell me how to erase all data on my smart card. Hopefully that will allow it to work again. If not, I'll buy a new one.
Thanks,
Twilightcat

Hi Mindy, I tried to read that link, but wasn't allowed, without paying $29. Do you know how to erase data on a card?
Thanks,
Twilightcat

My "smart card" stopped working
Hello All, Would someone please answer a question about my Respironics smart card? For over a year I have been monitoring my therapy successfully, but this week suddenly, when I click "copy smart card data", a rectangular box pops up saying, "The smart card does not contain any therapy data." This h...

Re: How frequently does insurance allow mask replacement
HI, After reading these posts, I'm a bit confused. Generally, do insurance companies require periodic checkups by the sleep doctor in order to pay for equipment ? I've been on CPAP a little over one year, and after my one month checkup with the sleep doctor I never returned for another checkup, beca...

Welcome to the forum, My Dream, I just wanted to share my experience in regard to masks, in the hope it may help. A few months ago, I experienced frustration as I experimented with mask-after-mask. After reading the links by Rested Gal (above), I decided to try the Headrest (pillows mask), and I'm s...

Nasal irrigation-how often? Opinions?
Hello folks, I was grateful to read a thread here on "nasal irrigation" yesterday. After reading the interesting postings, and other postings elsewhere on this forum, I decided to try it in an effort to tackle my lifelong sinusitus problems. I bought a kit at the drugstore, (Neilmed squeeze bottle),...

Hi Gasparama, I'll share my experience with you, with the realization that mask experiences are totally individual. I've been on xpap therapy about a year. After several months of experimenting and experiencing problems with many masks, I was thrilled after one night with the Headrest. I had decided...
