Re: PillowPal
Thank you for your kind words, and thank you to you both, Jules and Blakepro, for helping make this happen. I am sorry I can't do my part anymore but happy to pass the torch.

Re: PillowPal
I offered long, long ago for it to be something downloadable on this forum, but no one took me up on it. If that is now possible, I say go for it! People just have to know it's a crude, homemade pattern and not expect anything fancy, but I still use mine to this day, and if it helps anybody else sle...

Re: PillowPal
I'm not sure how this topic resurfaced, but I am sorry to say the computer that had this pattern on it died long ago. That's what you get for buying cheap computers, but that's what I can afford.
SO THERE IS NO PATTERN ANYMORE. i AM SORRY.

Hybrid Test-Drive Update
For those waiting for their turn on the Hybrid Test-Drive, I wanted to give you an update. Unfortunately I have not heard back from the woman who received the package last, neither a PM saying she got it nor any communication since right before Xmas when it was shipped. I've sent a couple PMs asking...

Re: Where are EncoreViewer data files?
Thanks, Jerry! I'll check that option out! I am just too impatient, I suppose, but I *hate* waiting for the dang report to load!

Where are EncoreViewer data files?
Can anyone tell me in what directory I might find my EncoreViewer data files? I've gone through the Respironics folder and have not found them. My program is really bogging down when I go to getting the report and, since I've been keeping a spreadsheet of the readings every day (well, every day the ...

Re: Pap-Cap
I've been playing around with one of my CPAP-CAPs to see if I could stabilize my Breeze and Headrest. This is what I've come up with. Yes, crude sewing and, yes, the fabric doesn't match, but it does make life easier, for me anyway. I just sewed three loose loops at the forehead, on top, and right a...

Re: Pap-Cap
I don't have a Swift but was just looking at a picture of one. I don't know why the CPAP-CAP couldn't work with it as long as the "clippies" for the mask can be removed from existing headgear and moved on the velcro straps of the new version of the cap. If you used the velcro on the chinstrap versio...

Re: Hybrid Test-Drive Continues
You don't have to have any sort of "apnea seniority" to join the test-drive! I'm still a newbie myself, just neurotic enough about finding the perfect "dream mask" that I've purchased many and have the ability to offer a test-drive. If you'll PM me with your full name, address, and phone number (PM ...

Gerald, what is the string trick to prevent rainout? I hadn't heard that one before.
Thanks!

Re: Pap-Cap
This is a WONDERFUL product, folks, and I'm hoping that the CPAP-CAP with headgear will be approved soon, because I think it will make a HUGE difference in compliance for people. It makes for so much less fussing once you get the Velcro placement figured out! And, if I'm not mistaken, Bret has dropp...

Re: Help with nasal pillows, please
Yep, Babs. Blue painter's tape is the only thing I've used so far, and I like your X idea, tried it this morning with my nap, as a matter of fact. I kept sweating off the single strip before, so I'm anxious to see if the X is more sweat-resistant. The Polident strips are okay, but I keep dreaming I ...

Re: Help with nasal pillows, please
I use the large pillows. They seem to work best for me for seal. I have taped, have tried the Polident strips, and regularly use the CPAP-Cap Chinstrap. But usually I wake myself up with a mouth leak, 'cause any little noise is all it takes with me, so I think this is something other than that. Don'...
