I've been using a CPAP machine for about a year now, and my gums on the top of my mouth are very swollen and bleed when I brush. ok, it's been almost a week, and a have a few issues and questions: 1. I'm a heavy sleeper, and at some point every night so far, I've been pulling the mask off.
