Another vote for latex. We got one about a year ago. Paid about a thousand dollars for a king size online. It's three layers of foam of varied densities. You can get them split in the middle so each side can be a different firmness. If you go latex don't buy into the online hype promoting natural la...

All my wife had was some fishnets and they worked OK but I had me some STRANGE dreams

Just kidding, I made do with panty hose last night and it worked great. Ahhh, the freedom to sleep almost the way I did pre-cpap!!!!

Well, it didn't do so well. The back of my head is sore, I got more leakage and AHI went from 1.1 to 1.5. Looks like I'll be modding one or both of my masks. I wonder if the XL nasal seal would help reduce leaks?

Just got my Headrest in the mail...

...and I tried it out briefly and it seems a LOT more comfy than the Breeze I was using. I'm looking forward to being able lie on by back again

Restasis drops didn't work for me. I had a cortisone shot for a bad ear infection and that worked for a day or two. Brewed some chinese herbs that were supposed to help the ear infection and they immediately cured the dry eye. I haven't found any supplements that work like the brewed herbs.

I've been having the same issue with the Breeze...they named that one aptly. Any tips for modding it?

Only for a week. I think I've been really lucky. PB Breeze mask has been just great. I'm getting a solid nine hours sleep/night.

I have the Auto with A-flex. My 90% pressure is 15.5 right now in auto mode and a-flex is set in the middle. I find it very easy to breathe with and my AHI is around 1.8 (85 w/o treatment).

M-series data question

So thanks to this forum I've got my machine set to show data. It's only showing weekly and monthly averages and I'd like to see how I did the night before. Anyone know how I need to set the machine? BTW, my average AHI from the last few nights is 2.0. Just a little better than my untreated AHI of 85.

I was so sleep-deprived I was forgetting things and making mistakes at work. I was starting to shut down mentally. Today after 9.5 hours i feel a little floaty. Must be nap time. My sleep study showed an AHI of 85. Pressure of 14. I don't think my pressure was set high enough when I was using cpap. ...
