Re: Is a Pulmonologist a good fit for a sleep doctor?
I'm curious about two things in the posted chart. Why did you sleep for 12 hours? And did something change from around 1:30 onward? I went to bed very early because of not sleeping well the night before. I basically couldn't wait to get to bed. I'm not sure what happened at 1:30. I didn't wake up a...

Re: Is a Pulmonologist a good fit for a sleep doctor?

The pulmonologist I am seeing is the one that has been reading my sleep study reports. Ive never met him, so I g...

Is a Pulmonologist a good fit for a sleep doctor?
I have been diagnosed and have been using a cpap since 2005. My primary care doctor sent me to have a sleep study done because I was having daily headaches and she thought maybe my oxygen level was dropping at night. She was right, I was diagnosed with OSA and the headaches stopped. I can't really r...

OSCAR trend definitions?
I just started using OSCAR, been using CPAP since 2005 but I was wondering if there was a thread of trend definitions. I want to understand what these things mean. Some are self explanatory. Sorry if it was right in front of me and I didn't see it lol!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: My first night using Oscar!
I usually run with humidity on about 4 or 5 but I had it off due to no distilled water. Its also hard to find at the moment here in Texas for some reason. Anyway, I changed my lower pressure to 9 and my EPR to 3. Im not really sure how much I wake up at night, Im just ready to go to bed everyday at ...

My first night using Oscar!
