Thanks. I was hoping maybe my CPAP was part of the problem and maybe set to high or something. Because the problem seems to have crept up since I increased the setting. But the problem is chronic and remains.

The hotflash is partly anxiety after 3 tries, that can trigger them but I'm fine when I fisrt put it on, it's after I go to sleep. I don't think there is a heater with the humidifier but I'll look.
