That is certainly a LOT of supplies. I have no idea how often replacements are allowed by New York State medicaid. Just as a comparison, I can't remember the last time I replaced anything other than filters (every 2-6 months) and pillows (every 6-12 months).

It sounds like you are wary of changing settings since your doctor did not think it necessary. It is still very worthwhile to use Oscar to see what is happening with your therapy. I have used Provigil in the past. I had to choose between being sleepy or having a headache as that is what the Provigil did to me. It was very helpful to let me keep functioning while we figured out what else was causing sleepiness. In that case it was an antidepressant. Switched to a different one...
