I could not make either work. I never got the angle right. However, I had more luck with the direct seal. The direct seal is larger and fits up into your nostrils.

I thought I needed a FF mask because my mouth opened as soon as I fell asleep. The combination of the higher pressure and the swift forces me to keep my mouth closed. If it opens, the air rushes out and I wake up!
