After about 6 years on a Respironics CPAP, I am doing another sleep study and will most likely get a new CPAP machine. What's new out there? What are some of the features and what should I be looking for?

I travel 3 weeks per month. My machine is inspected virtually all the time. Like a previous poster, I have a sequence that I put my things through the scanner. The CPAP is in the last tub so everything passes through before they stop the conveyor.
