It works...
Well, I'll be a monkey's uncle. Last night I set the pressure to 7 and
Pressure: 7.2
Leak: 0.10
AI: 3.2
HI: 5.3
AHI: 8.5
and I feel much better!
So the question becomes, should I continue the trend and try 6 tonight, or just let it stabilize at 7 for a week?

Should I change to a under-the-nose interface?
Hi all, I've been using a ComfortGel mask for about 5 days now, and while it is very comfortable, it leaves this pretty vicious mark on the bridge of my nose (between my eyes) that takes quite a while in the morning to go away. I'm tempted to try one of the interfaces that goes underneath your nose ...

I'll try 12 tonight
Thanks all, being new to all this is a bit overwhelming, but I'll try a pressure of 12 tonight and see if it makes a difference or not.
Thanks again!

New CPAP user! But, AHI is high...
Hi everyone! I'm John, a brand new CPAP user. I was diagnosed with mild-to-moderate sleep apnea, and after two sleep studies I was prescribed with an 8 cm CPAP machine. I've been on it for two nights now. The first night I was able to sleep with it for 4 hours, the second night for 6. (I'm using a S...
