Thanks guys. For anyone else trying this. The problem was that I needed to remove the SQL database and program (at least that fixed it). I agree with most of what has been said. However, I have Encore Viewer 1.0 with Windows XP and tried to install the Smart Card Reader/Writer software drivers from the Respironics disk as directed by the sheet that comes with the auto M series A-flex unit.
