It is unbelievable how bad DMEs are,,, and get away with it. If I screwed up a quarter as much as my DME has I'd be fired long ago.

Hand cuffs? Kidding, I had a terrible time finding a mask I would leave on all night,, try a few, and rotate them if needed, thats what I do.

I have a dreamseal that came with my breeze along with the pillows. I will gladly swap this unused dreamseal for your pillows unit. Good news,, mask got here Thursday,,,, bad news,,,, SAME DARN NASAL PILLOWS THEY DROPPED OF LAST WEEK. Is it REALLY that hard to order, and pull the correct mask?

She was a "respiratory therapist" for some reason a "tech" can't drop off a BiPAP auto, so they sent the "respiratory therapist".
