I understand what Elizabeth is saying. Typically I am more stopped up and congested in the summer with the humidity than in the winter with the cold. A long time ago I worked at an ice cream shop and whenever I would stop up, I would walk into the cooler and stay for a few minutes until my sinuses c...

Its my understanding, and I may be wrong, that liquid chlorine is relativaly safe, while chlorine gas is highly poisonous. Maybe someone with chemical knowledge will chime in. I do doubt the validity of tap water poisoning you if used in a humidifier though. When you buy a humidifier for the house y...

The RT at my DME provider cautioned against using tap water due to the chlorine that was in tap water. She said that the chlorine would vaporize and then be inhaled, in effect poisoning yourself. Anyone validity to this?

Actually 607 was my call sign while I was in patrol. Since I have transfered into the training division, I go by a different call sign, but I carried the 607 call sign for so many years that it still has a special place. While shaking the excess water, if you hold the frame and the pillow you can ma...

Its nothing to worry about. The first time I shook mine after cleaning it did the same. Scared me the same as you. Now, many, many shakes later and reinserting the frame it is good as the day I brought it home. A quick tip to get it back together easily is alinging the blue frame properly to the pil...

Pad a cheek Cotton Review

I reviewed a sample pad a cheek cotton in the mail today. Shipping was by far earlier than I expected. If this is indicative of Karen's customer service, she is on the right track. For simplicity sakes, I will use a 1-10 scale, with 1 being poorest and 10 being best. First impressions: Quality: Seem...

The pediatrician recommended it, so I guess yes in a way a doctor did advised it. A sugar pill may have worked, I never tried it so I dont know. I dont know much about it thats why I was wondering if someone else knew about it other than me. Now I remember why I left this place in the beginning. I l...

What a joke

I just contacted my Insurance to find out what my benefits were concerning changing masks ect. My rep informed me that "there really is not a set number of masks per year, as long as it is a medical requirement, you are eligble". So I called my DME provider and informed them what I was told by the r...
