Re: Got Dem Ol' DME Blues Again

Thanks! Yep, raising hell with my insurance's fraud department is on my to-do list at this point, regardless of how this turns out. It seems to me that no matter how anyone looks at it, the DME has worked out a way to bill twice for the same single piece of equipment by pretending the humidifier is...

Have used the same mask for over a year. Fit is good but the seal rubs on the nose. Dot or small square bandaids work for me.

Re: Heart-rate-monitor Watch for Exercise

I use the Polar but have no download capability. If you are like me the Garmin has all the "Bells & Whistles" we want. Have two Garmin GPS units, one I use on a bicycle. Love to down load my trips. Garmin Forerunner 301 features: Use AutoLearn™ feature to learn your heart rate zones and automaticall...

Re: "Prescription coupon".

Sounds kinda bogus to me also. A coupon that is good everywhere.

Also, I just won $20,000,000.00 overseas, all they need is all my personal info. This is my lucky day .

Did you try your other nasal mask to see if your machine would work?

5aces keep us informed. I looked at this exact model yesterday, thinking about purchasing. Found it for under $80. I have the BiLink software and use it with my OMRON Pedometer. Pretty straight forward.

Re: What Keeps People on Cpap Up in the Middle of the Night?

Last night I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom around 4:00 am and get a drink of water. I went to take the mask off to get a drink and the strap fell apart causing me to have to turn on the light to be able to see what I was doing to get the mask back together. The bright light...

Sad but true, I used to be able to sleep anywhere. Even when driving.

Lets have an "AMEN" for the machine.

Re: hose Managemnet

You may want to find a slightly longer hose. Place the hose behind the headboard, supported by large stickon wire clamps, and bring it over where you sleep. Helps to minimize rainout also.

Cannot speak for everyone but 0230 / 0300 is my morning. I usually get on around 0400 to 0500 when I can.
