I have been using CPAP for almost a month. I could not sleep with it. Sometimes I wake up and take the CPAP out unintentionally. In the morning, I just realize that I already took it out. I am using CPAP that cover just my nose. Everytime when I roll, I wake up with the CPAP come lose. Anyone advise...
